K. Kelly White Bryant
K. Kelly White Bryant is a Member of the firm located in the Louisville office where she is Chair of the Health Care Service Group. Kelly’s practice is devoted to health law, focusing on regulatory matters, transactional matters and certificate of need matters. Kelly’s certificate of need experience includes preparation and submission of applications, representation in CON hearings and CON decision appeals for a broad range of provider types, including: ambulance, home health, hospice, acute care beds, psychiatric beds, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, neonatal special care beds, rehab agencies, cardiac catheterization, ambulatory surgery center, limited service clinic, MRI, mobile health service and linear accelerator.
Kelly’s health law experience also includes: compliance guidance; fraud and abuse analysis; physician self-referral issues; hospital/physician contracting; representation before the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and other licensing agencies; and reimbursement issues.

Kelly joined Stites & Harbison in September 2007 after participating in the firm's summer associate program. Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for the Louisville Bar Foundation and the Second Presbyterian Weekday School. She is a past President of the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys and a past Chair and past Vice-Chair for the Louisville Bar Association Health Law Section. For nine years, Kelly served on the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood House, a community center in Louisville’s Portland neighborhood. She also was previously on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and Medical News. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their little boy, Sam.
