Tom Halbleib Named Stites & Harbison's Louisville Office Executive Member

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC has named attorney W. Thomas Halbleib, Jr., as its Louisville Office Executive Member. He succeeds business litigation and appellate advocacy attorney Mike Risley, who has completed his term in the position and will continue with his every day legal practice.

“Tom has served the firm in various leadership roles, including prior service as Chair of the Business & Corporate Services Group for many years,” said Marjorie A. Farris, Chair of Stites & Harbison. “He is an outstanding attorney with incredible leadership skills. Mike did an excellent job leading the office, and Tom is the perfect person to succeed Mike.”

As the new Office Executive Member, Halbleib will assist the Chair in implementing and executing firm policy within the Louisville, Ky., office. A transactional attorney, he will continue to serve firm clients and practice as a Member (Partner) of the firm. Halbleib has been with Stites & Harbison since 1992.

Outside of the firm, Halbleib serves as Mayor of the City of Glenview and as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Louisville Zoo Foundation.
