Stites & Harbison Welcomes Walter J. Dunn

ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Walter J. Dunn to the firm as a Member (Partner). He will be based in the firm’s Alexandria, Va. office. He joins the Business Services Group as a transactional attorney with a strong background working with public utilities and independent power producers of all sizes. Dunn has closed more than $50 billion worth of transactions over the last two decades.

Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Dunn worked at several large law firms in Richmond, New York, DC and Dallas. He is a second-career attorney having worked a decade in management, finance, marketing and sales at two large corporations before becoming a lawyer. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas, the District of Columbia, New York, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
