Stites & Harbison Welcomes Daniel Boswell

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Daniel C. Boswell to the firm’s Louisville, Ky., office. He joins the Business & Finance Service Group. His practice will focus on general corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities offerings.
Before joining Stites & Harbison, Boswell was a staff attorney with the Kentucky Court of Appeals in Frankfort, Ky. Prior to that, he was a staff attorney with the Campbell County Circuit Court in Newport, Ky. Boswell earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2020 and his B.S. in Business & Economics from the University of Kentucky in 2017.
