Kelly White Bryant of Stites & Harbison appointed to Two Boards

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Medical News recently appointed Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Kelly White Bryant to serve on its Editorial Board. She also was recently elected to serve on the Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys’ Board of Directors.

The Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys is one of 22 allied societies of the Kentucky Hospital Association. The allied societies offer networking and educational opportunities for different health related fields.
Bryant is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Louisville, Ky., office. As a member of the Health Care Service Group, her practice is devoted to health law, focusing on regulatory matters, transactional matters and certificate of need matters. She has extensive certificate of need experience to include preparation and submission of applications, representation in CON hearings and CON decision appeals for a broad range of provider types. In addition, Bryant’s health law experience includes: fraud and abuse analysis; physician self-referral issues; hospital/physician contracting; representation before the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and other licensing agencies; and reimbursement issues.
Outside of the firm, Bryant is active in the community. Besides her two recent board appointments, she also serves on the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood House, a community center serving Portland and surrounding neighborhoods.
