Greg Parsons to be Inducted as Fellow of American College of Construction Lawyers

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Greg Parsons will be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) on February 26, 2022, at the Annual Meeting in Laguna Beach, Calif. ACCL, one of the nation’s leading legal associations, only designates the top 1% of the construction bar in the U.S. with this honor.

Founded in 1989, ACCL is an invitation-only association of construction law practitioners, professors and judges. Fellowship is awarded to those who demonstrate the highest ethical standards and exceptional skill in the practice or teaching of construction law. Candidates for Fellowship are nominated by current Fellows, elected by the Board of Governors and approved by the entire membership.

Parsons is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison and based in the Lexington, Ky., office and a member of the Construction Service Group. He has represented construction and business clients for 39 years. The construction clients he has represented include general contractors, owners, subcontractors and steel fabricators. Parsons has also handled matters for various businesses, financial institutions, municipalities and universities. He also counsels project participants on risk allocation, claim avoidance and resolution. He has handled construction/business litigation and arbitration matters in various jurisdictions, including Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Minnesota, Connecticut, West Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Indiana, Florida and the U. S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.
