Brian Cromer elected to Kentucky Chamber Board of Directors

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has elected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Brian Cromer to its Board of Directors. Cromer will serve on the 70-member board, which represents a cross-section of key business and industry leaders from across Kentucky.

Cromer is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Louisville, Ky., office. He serves as the Chair of the firm’s Business & Finance Service Group, which provides legal services to large, middle market and new venture companies. His experience includes representing some of the largest U.S. and international companies through corporate transactions, legal disputes, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, and corporate governance matters. His accolades include recognition in Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America® and Martindale-Hubbell® Law Directory.

Outside of the firm, Cromer is active in a variety of community organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of Greater Louisville Inc. and has served on the board of the University of Louisville, Kentucky Wesleyan College, the Kentuckiana Minority Business Council and many other organizations.
