Brian A. Cromer Named to 2021 Bingham Fellows Class
LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Leadership Louisville recently announced that Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Brian A. Cromer is one of 47 community leaders selected for membership in the 2021 Bingham Fellows class.
The Bingham Fellows program is the most advanced leadership course offered by Leadership Louisville, involving monthly meetings culminating in a year-end project. This year’s topic for Bingham Fellows is “Belonging: Building a Culture of Inclusivity.” Inequalities in our society have led to a lack of diversity in leadership positions in major institutions and businesses. The Class of 2021 will study and expand upon the work being done in Louisville by the city and various community groups to address diversity and inclusion.
Cromer is a Member (Partner) of the firm based in the Louisville, Ky., office, and Chair of the firm’s Business and Finance Service Group. He has over 25 years of experience providing pragmatic advice to clients in the corporate practice and business matters, and he loves the challenge and satisfaction that come from helping clients achieve their business objectives. He has represented some of the largest companies in the U.S. and in the international arena in corporate transactions and legal disputes, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, venture capital and private equity investments and corporate governance matters. Cromer’s broad range of experience includes providing and organizing a variety of legal services for companies at all stages, from large public companies to middle market businesses to new ventures. He has represented clients in numerous business transactions where the individual deal value ranged from $25 million to $1 billion or more.
Outside of the firm, Cromer is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of Greater Louisville, Inc. He is a graduate of Leadership Louisville, Class of 2006.
