Ross is certified in mediation through the Intercultural Negotiation and Mediation program conducted by the Institut fĂĽr Anwaltsrecht at the Humboldt University Law Faculty in Berlin, Germany. He has been a guest lecturer for the "Law and Legal Systems" at Middle Tennessee State University. While in law school, he partnered with a national law firm and Georgia Legal Services to develop a community education initiative related to residential condemnation throughout middle Georgia to educate underprivileged residents concerning their rights as it concerned condemnation.
Before joining the firm, Ross was a construction attorney with a firm in Nashville beginning in 2015.
