Stites & Harbison welcomes four attorneys to the Louisville office

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of four attorneys to the Louisville, Ky., office. The new attorneys include Katrina Lynn Dannheim, Kelly Gilliam, Rachel Rutledge and Sallie Jacobs Stevens.

Dannheim is Counsel with the firm in the Business Litigation Service Group. Her practice primarily focuses on clients in the financial services industry whom she defends against various state and federal claims. Prior to joining the firm, Dannheim practiced financial services litigation and other general litigation at two mid-sized regional law firms where she handled cases in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida. Immediately following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Gilliam is an attorney in the Construction and Employment Law Service Groups where his practice focuses on defending employers in OSHA violations and wage and hour disputes. Before joining Stites & Harbison, he was a Staff Attorney with the Kentucky Labor Cabinet Office of General Counsel in Frankfort, Ky., for nearly two and a half years. Prior to the Labor Cabinet, he was a Law Clerk to Justice Bill Cunningham of The Supreme Court of Kentucky.

Rutledge is an attorney in the Intellectual Property & Technology Service Group and a registered patent attorney. Her practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, counseling, and due diligence. Her prosecution background includes interference practice as well as patent preparation and prosecution, both foreign and domestic. Prior to joining the firm, Rutledge worked for three years as an attorney in Houston, Texas, focusing on patent litigation, prosecution and counseling.

Stevens is an attorney in the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group. Her practice focuses on product liability, medical malpractice litigation and appellate defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Stevens practiced for 16 years at a Louisville, Ky., law firm, focusing on medical malpractice defense and product liability.
