“We are humbled and honored to be recognized for the third year in a row by the ABA Journal for having one of the best legal blogs,” stated Robert M. Connolly, Chair of Stites & Harbison. “Our IP attorneys enjoy creatively presenting important trademark issues within our Trademarkology blog.”
The goal of Trademarkology is to provide readers with insight and guidance regarding selecting a brand name or logo and protecting it with a federally registered trademark. It is in no way meant to replace legal services but to educate readers on a variety of current trademark issues.
The ABA Journal is the flagship magazine of the American Bar Association, and it is read by half of the nation’s 1.1 million lawyers every month. It covers the trends, people and finances of the legal profession from Wall Street to Main Street to Pennsylvania Avenue. The ABA Journal’s Blawg 100 reviews nominations from readers on the top legal blogs and then selects the top 100 blogs.
