Stites & Harbison ranked as one of nation's "Top Trademark Firms"

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison is once again listed among the "Top Trademark Firms" in the U.S. in the May issue of Intellectual Property Today. At #46, the firm is ranked higher than any other firm with a major presence in Kentucky.

Intellectual Property Today, a national monthly magazine focusing on legal issues in patent, trademark and copyright law, ranked the firms according to the number of trademark registrations issued in 2008. For the year, Stites & Harbison had 350 registrations.
