Lou Allen named Office Executive Member for Stites & Harbison's Atlanta office

ATLANTA—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Lou Allen has been named Office Executive Member for the Atlanta office.

As the new Office Executive Member, Allen will serve as the face of the firm in the Atlanta community and assist the firm’s Chair in executing the firm’s strategic plan and policies. She will continue to serve clients as a Member (Partner) of the firm.

“An experienced attorney and leader, Lou has the right set of skills to lead the Atlanta office,” stated the firm’s Chair, Robert M. Connolly. “I look forward to expanding our Atlanta presence alongside her leadership.” Allen also serves on the firm’s Management and Diversity Committees.

As a member of the Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group, Allen’s practice is focused on the representation of institutional lenders and servicers throughout the State of Georgia She represents clients in all aspects of creditor’ rights including foreclosure, bankruptcy, workouts and litigation. Allen has represented institutional lenders throughout her entire 28 years of practice. She is also knowledgeable in the areas of real estate, commercial and consumer law.
