Kentuckians for Better Transportation Names Steven Henderson as Chair of Executive Committee

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Kentuckians for Better Transportation (KBT) recently named Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Steven Henderson as Chair of its Executive Committee. Henderson previously served as Vice-Chair of KBT and will serve a one-year term.
Based in Louisville, Ky., Henderson is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison and serves as Chair of the firm’s Construction Service Group. As a registered professional engineer and attorney, he represents owners, contractors and design professionals in all aspects of the construction and design process. He successfully litigates cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, and manages the resolution of project level disputes for clients. In addition, Henderson navigates his clients through complex transactions by drafting and negotiating fair and balanced contracts that set the stage for successful projects. Having worked as a professional engineer for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet prior to becoming an attorney, Henderson continues to maintain in-depth knowledge of the demands placed on owners, design professionals and contractors involved in complex construction projects.
