Jennifer Cave elected to Board of Directors of the KMAC Museum and the Louisville Energy Alliance

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Jennifer Cave was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the KMAC Museum and the Louisville Energy Alliance (LEA). She will serve a three-year term for the KMAC Museum and a two-year term for the LEA.
The KMAC Museum is a contemporary art museum located in Louisville’s historic downtown on Museum Row. The museum explores the relationship between art and craft while educating and inspiring a better understanding of art through exhibitions, education and collections.
The LEA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by promoting energy efficiency and conservation efforts. The LEA offers educational events and programs to building owners and managers, helping them access resources to improve energy efficiency, benchmark energy consumption and obtain ENERGY STAR Certification.
Cave is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Louisville, Ky., office. As a member of the Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Service Group, Cave works with businesses to ensure compliance with state and federal environmental laws and regulations. She guides clients through transactions involving the purchase and sale of Brownfield sites and other contaminated properties. Cave works with clients to perform environmental audits and to prepare for and respond to regulatory inspections. She also defends clients in administrative and civil enforcement actions and citizen suit litigation.
