Greg Smith earns 2019 Best of the Bar Honors

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—The Nashville Business Journal honored Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Greg Smith with the 2019 Best of the Bar award. Smith is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison. More than 80 winners in 18 categories will be honored at an awards reception on June 18, 2019, at City Winery. Smith was one of two lawyers in the Nashville community named Best of the Bar in the area of family law.

Smith is Office Executive Member of Stites & Harbison in Nashville. His practice focuses primarily on divorce, custody litigation, support disputes and neglect cases in courts in Tennessee and international custody litigation in both state and federal courts. He also has experience handling creditors’ rights and commercial litigation matters. Smith has earned the Best of the Bar award five times.

The Nashville Business Journal started publishing Best of the Bar in 2003. The award recognizes excellence in the legal community. The winners were nominated by their peers and selected from hundreds of nominations. Nominees then ranked each other on a scale from 1 to 10 by firm size (small, medium, large and corporate counsel) with the top scores earning the Best of the Bar honor.
