LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorneys Neal Bailen and Bruce Paul were named to the Rising Stars list of the 2016 Indiana Super Lawyers magazine. This is Bailen’s fifth time on the Rising Stars list and Paul’s seventh time being honored.
Super Lawyers is a Thomson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a rigorous process, including a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. Only 5% of the lawyers in each state or region are named to the Super Lawyers list and no more than 2.5% are named to the Rising Stars list. Rising Stars are selected based on the same criteria as Super Lawyers with the exception of peer evaluation by practice area. Additionally, one must be 40 years old or younger, or have made exceptional contributions in a particular practice area for 10 years or less.
